Traveling..
So this past Summer, I have been very fortunate to have a couple of holidays with my nearest and dearest..
My first destination was Egypt. Although I loved the time i got to spend with my two best mates, and the many random hilarious events that followed from landing in the country.. I'm not so sure I would go back again. (But that's my opinion).
One amazing day that we did spent in Egypt was on the Red Sea. We took a trip on what was called the "Lazy Boat Trip" which was by far my favourite day. On board you were able to snorkel at 4-5 different areas of the water.. and got to see the corals and wide variety of exotic fish that lived among these waters.

My love for Everything Geisha!
Here is the final piece that I made, modelled by myself. One of my favourite dresses! Hope you like it.. x
So back when I was completing my main project for my Textile A level, I chose to look into the Japanese Geisha. As I started researching my love and interest for these beauties spiraled.. There were many inspirations i chose to look at, but one that caught my attention and captivated my imagination the most was the Spring/Summer 2007 Couture collection from John Galliano. Absolutely Stunning!!

Beyond The Rabbit Hole..
So i know that the whole Alice in Wonderland thing is getting a bit old now.. but I still love it! I am constantly being inspired and drawn to anything 'Wonderland'. So heres a collection of luxury wallpapers by Arte's, a series of beautiful metallic papers. The patterns and colour variations in this collection are truly beautiful, and capture the essence of wonderland well. This collection is named Metal x Glass.. x

It creates the key theme perfectly, and the atmosphere and mood it conjures up when viewed is just beautiful.. Hope you like it.. x
Enchanted Bloom - Range of Cushions..

Inspiration was taken from vintage florals, combined with dream like 'Wonderland' imagery. A clash of modern mixed with Authentic French fabrics to create a compilation of textures and techniques throughout..
